About me

Performance is what I know.
People are what I understand.

For more than 25 years, I've worked as an actor, director and voice artist across television, film and commercial production. From The Office, EastEnders and Band of Brothers to working with international brands including Sky, Toyota and Volkswagen, my career has been built around communication, collaboration and understanding people.

It's taught me that whether you're performing in front of a camera, leading a team or presenting to a room full of people, confidence, connection and the ability to adapt can make all the difference.

Bringing two worlds together

Alongside my career in performance, I'm a qualified DISC practitioner and coach, combining an understanding of human behaviour with practical techniques developed throughout my professional life.

I believe the most effective development happens when people get involved. When they're encouraged to experiment, challenge themselves, have some fun and discover what they're capable of.

That's why I've created two distinct experiences: Connecting Teams, helping people build stronger relationships and work better together, and Performance Under Pressure, developing the confidence, presence and communication skills to make an impact when it matters.

Both reflect something I genuinely believe: we all have more potential than we sometimes realise. Often, it just takes a different experience to bring it out.

I've never believed people learn by sitting still.

We've all been on courses that felt great on the day and were forgotten by Monday morning.

I wanted to build something different. Something practical, something memorable, something people would still be talking about weeks later because they'd actually experienced it.

That's why our experiences are energetic, hands-on and built around participation. We use practical behavioural insight to help people understand themselves and the people around them, then bring that understanding to life through coaching, performance techniques and realistic workplace situations. People don't sit and watch, they get involved, because that's where confidence is built.

The best moment isn't at the end of the day.

It's the moment someone realises they're capable of more than they thought. The manager who finally enjoys presenting, the quiet member of the team who finds their voice, or the leader who discovers that understanding people is far more powerful than managing them.

It's about unlocking potential. Helping talented people become exceptional. Helping teams connect more effectively. Helping businesses realise that their greatest competitive advantage has been sitting inside them all along. That's the work. Those moments happen every time we work with an organisation.
