Connecting Teams
When people understand themselves,
they understand each other.
Every successful team is made up of different personalities, strengths and ways of communicating. Understanding those differences is the key to building stronger relationships and better teams.
Connecting Teams combines DISC personality framework, performance techniques, practical challenges and real business scenarios to help people understand each other, communicate with confidence and get the very best from every member of the team.
People leave with practical skills they can use immediately and a team that's stronger than when they arrived.

01. Know Yourself
Every great team starts with self-awareness. Before the experience begins, every participant completes a DISC behavioural assessment and receives their own personalised 14-page behavioural profile. More than just a report, it provides a practical insight into how they naturally communicate, make decisions, respond to pressure and build relationships.
During the day, we'll bring those profiles to life. Together, we'll explore what each behavioural style looks like in practice, helping participants recognise their own strengths, understand what motivates them and identify the areas where they can adapt to become even more effective.
It's not about labelling people or putting them into boxes. It's about giving everyone a shared language that creates greater understanding, stronger communication and more meaningful connections across the team.
Discover your own behavioural style
and what drives you.
02. Understand Others
Once people understand themselves, the focus shifts to the people around them.
Through engaging exercises and shared experiences, participants learn to recognise different behavioural styles and the subtle ways they influence communication, decision-making and relationships.
They'll begin to understand why some people need detail while others want the headline, why some embrace change and others prefer stability, and how these differences shape the way we work together.
By learning to adapt their approach, conversations become more productive, trust grows naturally and teams spend less time misunderstanding each other and more time working together.
Recognise behavioural styles and learn how
to adapt your communication.
03. Work Better Together
Understanding behaviour is useful, experiencing it is where things really begin to change.
Participants are given practical scenarios that reflect the conversations and situations teams face every day. These might involve giving feedback, handling disagreement, influencing a colleague, responding to challenge or simply trying to communicate with somebody whose natural style is very different from their own.
The exercises are designed to be engaging, revealing and safe.
People have the opportunity to try different approaches, observe how others respond and experience first-hand what happens when communication is adapted to suit the person in front of them.
Participants begin to recognise where communication can go wrong, giving too much detail to someone who simply wants the answer, pushing for a decision when someone needs time to think, or overwhelming a quieter colleague with too much energy.
By experiencing these moments for themselves, they learn how small changes in their approach can transform a conversation and make the learning far more likely to last.
Experience realistic scenarios that bring communication to life.
04. Think Differently
Every team is made up of different personalities, different strengths and different ways of thinking.
Our creative challenges are designed to bring those differences to the surface in a positive and engaging way. As teams work together to solve problems, individuals begin to recognise the unique contribution each person brings and how diverse thinking often leads to better decisions.
It's a chance to step away from job titles and day-to-day responsibilities, allowing people to see each other from a completely different perspective. The result is stronger collaboration, greater appreciation of individual strengths and a team that works together with more trust and purpose.
Creative challenges that reveal how diverse teams solve problems.
05. Connect Better
Connection isn't created by chance. It's created through understanding. The experience doesn't end when everyone walks out of the room. In many ways, it's where it begins.
Participants leave with a deeper understanding of themselves, a genuine appreciation of the people around them and a practical toolkit they can use in every conversation, meeting and challenge they face.
They return to work with a shared language, stronger relationships and a new way of thinking about the people they work with every day.
Because when people understand behaviour, they stop making assumptions. They listen differently. They communicate with greater purpose and build trust more quickly.
Practical techniques to build stronger relationships long after the day ends.
