We combine DISC behavioural insight with practical techniques from acting, directing and broadcasting to help people communicate with greater confidence, authority and impact.
Participants discover how they naturally communicate, how others experience them and how their voice, body language and presence influence the people around them.
But the real difference is that people don't simply learn these techniques. They put them into practice, receive professional coaching and experience what happens when they change their approach.

Participants present in front of others, deliver messages to camera, work on their voice and physical presence, and discover how they come across to an audience.
We introduce unexpected questions, interruptions and challenging conversations, helping people develop the confidence to think, listen and respond in the moment.
With professional actors, directing techniques and immediate feedback, people get the opportunity to make adjustments, try again and experience the difference for themselves.
