WORK BETTER AS A TEAM

What we'll cover

This Workshop is designed to help your team understand how they communicate, collaborate and perform together. Before the session, each team member completes a DISC assessment to uncover their unique communication and behaviour style. These insights form the foundation of the day, helping everyone see their own strengths and better understand those around them.

Through practical, hands-on activities and open discussion, your team will explore how different styles think, react and work under pressure. You’ll learn how to adapt to one another, build trust and approach challenges with empathy and clarity.

This isn’t about labels or theory, it’s about real people having better conversations. By the end of the workshop, your team will share a common language for understanding each other, stronger connections and practical tools to collaborate more effectively and perform at their best.

Understanding the DISC Model

We start with the basics — what DISC is, how it works and what each profile represents. Your team will learn the key traits of the four styles: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness, and how these drive communication, motivation and decision-making.

Discovering Your Team’s Mix

Each team member’s DISC results are brought to life, helping everyone see how their unique mix of styles contributes to the team dynamic. We’ll map out the group’s overall profile to reveal strengths, blind spots and opportunities for better collaboration.

Adapting and Communicating Effectively

Here’s where it gets practical. We explore how different styles interact, where friction happens and how to adapt your approach to get the best from others. Your team will learn simple, actionable techniques to improve communication, manage conflict and create smoother working relationships.

Putting It into Practice

The day ends with real-world application. Using live team scenarios, we turn insights into action, identifying how to work better together, build trust and play to each other’s strengths. Everyone leaves with a clearer understanding of themselves, their colleagues and how to create a more connected, high-performing team.
